    Summary of position:

      • Racking inbound freight, receiving, Dropping outbound trucks, movement of product from one location to another, and any other duty assigned by a Warehouse Supervisor

    Responsibility: 

    • Racking, dropping, and pulling inspections
    • Unloading, Receiving, and running inbound trucks
    • Loading Outbound product
    • Case picking
    • Product verification
    • Use of WMS system
    • Re-palletizations
    • Customer inspection
    • The organization and cleanliness of the storage cooler.  All broken pallets, damaged cases, spilled cases, and making sure any misc. housekeeping tasks are performed as necessary.

    Reports to:  

    • Warehouse Manager

    Job Requirements

    Job description:

    Reports to: Food Safety Coordinator

    Summary of position:

    The main task of the day time sanitation supervisor is to make sure all of the facility sanitation is being met, while managing employees within their sanitation team.

    Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    · Delegate the task of picking up litter around the interior and exterior of the facility.

    · Supervisor will also train and be trained on usage of cleaning supplies and tools.

    · Understanding of chemicals, Safety Data Sheets, with an aptitude to calculate chemical dilutions, and resulting concentrations.

    · Inspect the area looking for building damages.

    · Creating meetings within the group/ individually to provide feedback on performance.

    · Fill out individual performance reviews for team members.

    · The sanitation supervisor will also manage filling out documentation after such tasks are completed.

    Job Requirements:

    · Expected to stand, walk, and walk up and down stairs on a daily basis.

    · Be able to withstand regularly cold temperatures (45 degrees). May involve wet environments. Expected to lift a maximum weight of 50 lbs.

    · Follow company policies and procedures.

    · Communicate problems to Food Safety and other departments while offering solutions.

    · Work occasional Saturdays and Sundays when season is high.

    Qualifications:

    · One year of experience in the supervision and/or operation of cleaning equipment is mandatory.

    · Fluent in Spanish and English.

    · Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.

    Overview
    Manfredi Cold Storage & Distribution is seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Professional with strong HVAC experience to join our team. This role is critical to ensure our cold storage operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with expertise in HVAC systems, building maintenance, and equipment repair in an industrial or refrigerated environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.
    • Maintain and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, and associated refrigeration equipment.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues across the facility.
    • Assist in general facility upkeep, including lighting, doors, dock equipment, sprinklers, and structural components.
    • Ensure temperature control systems are operating within safety and compliance standards.
    • Maintain detailed service records for all systems and equipment.
    • Coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor services to minimize operational downtime.
    • Support safety initiatives and adhere to OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies.
    • Assist with project planning, renovation work, and installation of new equipment.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or trade certification preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility maintenance, with at least 3 years focused on HVAC systems.
    • Universal EPA certification required.
    • Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical/electromechanical systems, and building automation controls.
    • Experience in cold storage, food distribution, or industrial environments strongly preferred.
    • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
    • Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments.

    Job Description:

    CDL-Class A Driver will be responsible for local port-to-warehouse and warehouse-to-port transport of international containers and trailers in the Philadelphia, Wilmington, South Jersey and Chester County areas.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct pre-trip inspection in accordance with Department of Transportation regulation(s)
    • Hook-up to your assigned empty trailer or shipping container and travel to your instructed destination
    • Drive and operate 18-wheeler trucks
    • Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed
    • Make multiple deliveries/trips as designated by dispatch on a daily basis
    • Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance reporting; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times

    Qualifications:

    • Strong working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations and practices
    • Preferred at least two (2) years CDL driving experience

    We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Production Manager to join our team in the fruit industry.     Position Summary:

    The Assistant Production Manager will help oversee daily Production operations by managing scheduled orders, maintaining close communication with the Production Manager, and supporting the implementation of new processes that improve production flow, efficiency, and performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Take ownership of daily scheduled orders and ensure production is aligned with plan.

    · Maintain constant communication with the Production Manager regarding priorities, issues, and updates.

    · Support training, coaching, and development of team members.

    · Help create reports and provide guidance to teams to strengthen individual and overall performance.

    · Assist in managing staffing levels to meet daily production needs.

    · Hold conversations with production team members on a variety of operational and performance topics.

    · Ensure all team members are following food safety, safety, GMP, and production procedures.

    · Support employee engagement and promote a positive team environment.

    · Coordinate supplies, PPE, and tools, including ordering, inventory control, and monitoring daily usage.

    · Maintain attendance tracking for all full-time and contracted workers.

    · Walk the production floor throughout the shift to support team members and resolve issues in real time.

    · Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.

    Reporting Structure

    · This position reports to the Production Manager.
